SUMMARY TABLE OF THE PROPOSAL FOR OPENING A NEW ACADEMIC PROGRAM
ECONOMIC LAW – MASTER’S LEVEL
I. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS, PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES, AND TRAINING CURRICULUM OUTLINE
1. Entry requirements
Applicants for admission must have full civil act capacity and a clear personal background; must not be serving a disciplinary penalty at the level of warning or higher and must not be serving a criminal sentence; must be certified by the personnel management agency where they are working or by the local authority where they reside; and must be in good health for study.
Learners must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and meet the University’s admission or entrance examination requirements.
Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in the correct or relevant discipline may apply for admission immediately after graduation.
Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree in a discipline closely related to the admission discipline must complete 05 supplementary knowledge courses, equivalent to 15 credits, before submitting the admission application, according to the list of required supplementary courses.
Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree in a discipline different from the admission discipline must complete 06 supplementary knowledge courses, equivalent to 18 credits, before submitting the admission application, according to the list of required supplementary courses.
2. Program learning outcomes
Upon completion of the program, learners will acquire knowledge, skills, and professional legal practice competence in the field of economic law as follows:

Create an in-depth research-based professional practice framework within the field of Economic Law, suitable for the practical organization and business and commercial operations of business entities in the market economy.
