On July 23, 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) and DTP Education Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a new step forward in the cooperation between the University and the business community, with a focus on enhancing the quality of foreign language education, developing digital learning resources, and promoting digital transformation in education.

The event demonstrated the commitment of both parties to leveraging their respective strengths, connecting resources, and jointly building a modern learning environment that meets the requirements of international integration.

According to the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, the two parties will coordinate to implement a number of key activities, including the development and application of general English textbooks, e-learning systems, digital learning resources, foreign language proficiency testing and assessment solutions, and international English certification programs. At the same time, the two parties will develop a digital learning resource ecosystem to support teaching and learning activities.

In addition, DTP Education Solutions Vietnam will coordinate with HUIT to provide limited-use access to digital resources such as eBooks, images, videos, question banks, and various other digital learning materials to support the development of electronic lectures, online courses, and integration into the University's Learning Management System (LMS). The two parties also agreed to strengthen the organization of training programs and professional seminars, facilitate business connections, support internships, and expand employment opportunities for students.
