To promote economic research and strengthen international academic collaboration, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT), in partnership with Texas A&M University (USA), the University of Insubria (Italy), Kyung Hee University (South Korea), Sun Moon University (South Korea), and Shinawatra University (Thailand), will organize The 3rd International Conference on Economics (ICE 2026).
This year's conference is held under the theme "The New Global Economy: Digital Transformation, Green Growth, and Human Resilience," aiming to identify, analyze, and discuss emerging trends shaping the global economy amid the rapid advancement of digital transformation, the increasing urgency of green growth, and the growing importance of human resilience as a key driver of sustainable development.
In addition to the keynote sessions, the conference features six parallel technical sessions covering a wide range of topics:
- Session 1: Digital Economy and Artificial Intelligence in Business;- Session 2: Sustainable Trade and Global Value Chains;- Session 3: Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Startup Ecosystems;- Session 4: Social Inclusion and Human Capital in the Digital Era;- Session 5: Green and Sustainable Tourism, and Creative Industries;- Session 6: Green Finance, Green Accounting, and the Circular Economy.
ICE 2026 is expected to serve as a prestigious academic forum where scholars, researchers, experts, lecturers, doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, and policymakers can share research findings, exchange practical experiences, and propose innovative solutions to enhance competitiveness, foster innovation, and promote sustainable economic development in the new era.
