The University currently has nearly 1,008 officials, employees, and staff members. Of this total, the teaching workforce comprises 890 lecturers, accounting for 88% of the University’s total human resources. Among them are 50 professors and associate professors, 408 doctorate holders, and 432 master’s degree holders.

The proportion of lecturers holding doctoral degrees reaches 52% of the total number of lecturers. In addition, the proportion of full-time lecturers who are of working age stands at 95% of the total full-time teaching staff.
