Nowadays, COVID19 Epidemic status is very complex. Number of infected people and the dead has increased more day by day in Vietnam. Medic force in field hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City have put their greatest effort into epidemic prevention process. In this point of time, resilience fighting spirit and will of medic frontline force will play the key role in the winning against COVID19 epidemic.

To perform HUFI’s practical desire, distributing into health care and spiritual encouragement and festival warm emotion sharing tasks for medic frontline force who are working in very pressure and dangerous COVID19 treatment field hospitals, Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry cooperate with Foodtech Food Industry Manufacturing - Trading and Service Co., Ltd to carry out the program “Love sharing – warm Mid-Autumn Festival 2021”.

“Love sharing – warm Mid-Autumn Festival 2021” program is launched under non-profit manufacturing program of Foodtech Food Industry Manufacturing - Trading and Service Co., Ltd – Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry. All profit of Footech during Mid-Autumn Festival 2021 will be transformed into moon cake box, gifts for medic frontline force in field hospitals in Ho Chi Minh area. This brings “an usual– but full of new things Union Festival” in the epidemic.

On 18^th September 2021, Ho Chi Minh city University of Food Industry delegations leading by Assoc. Prof. PhD Nguyen Xuan Hoan – HUFI’s Rector and representatives of HUFI’s Union executive committee came and sincerely presented 130 “Moon color of the reunion” moon cake boxes for Tan Binh COVID19 multi-layer treatment field hospital (446 Hoang Van Thu St., 4 Ward, Tan Binh District) and Thu Dung COVID19 treatment field hospital (9A-B Nguyen Van Linh St. Binh Hung Ward, Binh Chanh District). These are field hospitals with the functions of collecting, screening, isolating, taking emergency, caring, observing and treating for every level COVID 19 patients and each have about 1000 hospital beds.

After “Moon color of the reunion” moon cake boxes were presented by Assoc. Prof. PhD Nguyen Xuan Hoan to the hospitals, representatives of hospitals shared the gifts from HUFI to every staff of medic frontline force. These special gifts not only brought medicos, doctors, medic staff warm emotion in festival season but also provided motivation for them to serve patients better and continuously fight against the epidemic.

In HUFI’s plan, the programs will continuously present 50 more “Moon color of the reunion” moon cake boxes with HUFI brand to Tan Phu COVID19 treatment hospital, this event is supposed to be conducted on 20^th September 2021.
