Since its establishment, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) has consistently placed strong emphasis on developing collaborative partnerships in scientific research. These activities not only include joint training programs but also collaborative research projects and other initiatives such as faculty and student exchange programs, etc.
To date, HUIT has established partnerships with over 200 universities and organizations worldwide. Key partners come from countries such as Germany, Japan, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, South Korea, and others. Each year, distinguished scientists from international partner institutions visit HUIT to teach, conduct research projects, and provide consultation on curriculum development.
In addition, another important area of focus is cooperation with companies and enterprises, particularly in training students and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
So far, HUIT has sent more than 200 students from both standard programs and international joint programs to study abroad under international cooperation initiatives.
Currently, HUIT has been an associate member of the AUN-QA network (ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance) since 2018, enjoying full related rights and privileges.
HUIT is well-prepared to engage in international cooperation activities in the context of global integration, emphasizing the importance of sustainable and bilateral partnerships.
