In June 2020, the Institute for International Cooperation and Training (IICT) held an online meeting with parents of students studying the off-shore program 2+2 at the meeting room of Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry (HUFI) to notice necessary items for the 2^nd phase study at Meiho University (Taiwan) in September 2020.

There were representatives from Meiho University attending the online meeting:

  - Dr. Hung-Kai Yen - Head of Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs;

  - Ms. Yi-Lien Lee - Staff of Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs.

On the behalf of HUFI, Dr. Dang Tan Hiep, Dean of IICT, controlled the online meeting.

Dr. Dang Tan Hiep reported the academy results, fully guided the procedure for visa application, the information in studying, living and security - cultural conditions in Taiwan, particularly in Pingtung County. In addition, some parents who studied in Taiwan shared valuable experiences for all other parents.

He also thanked the attention and close coordination from the parents. He encouraged the students keeping their efforts in learning to fulfill the requirement and be ready for the next 2nd phase in Taiwan.
