On the morning of December 18, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT), in collaboration with Satori Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, organized the acceptance ceremony for the project: "Research and Development of Oil and Powder Products with Specific Biological and Nutritional Benefits from Macadamia." This event marks a significant milestone in the scientific research partnership between the university and the corporate sector. This key project was conducted over two years with contributions from faculty members of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, in coordination with Satori and the Vietnam Macadamia Association.

During the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Nguyen Doan Duy, Dean of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology at HUIT, expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in the university by Satori Investment and Trading JSC. He noted that after a process of collaborative research, exchange, and product refinement, the university has successfully finalized and reported on products that meet the demands of the macadamia market. Regarding the technical report, the university representatives stated that the research results are categorized into two main groups:
Four nutritional powder products.
Two functional food products derived from macadamia oil.
Evaluations from medical professionals and the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Nutrition indicate that all products meet the required sensory, chemical, and physical criteria, satisfying the standards for nutritional foods in particular and general food products in essence.
The meeting concluded successfully, reaffirming the sincere and responsible partnership between the two parties in their shared commitment to development.
