To meet the demand for practical training and in depth research, the center for experimental practice of the faculty of chemical technology at ho chi minh city university of industry and trade HUIT has been systematically invested with a modern and standardized laboratory system serving teaching scientific research and enterprise collaboration this is a place where students can access advanced analytical technologies while supporting research and product development in the fields of chemistry food environment and materials technology
Mr Nguyen Van Phuc - Lecturer of the faculty of chemical technology, Huit shared that: “Investing in modern laboratory systems not only improves teaching quality but also gives students the opportunity to access advanced technologies during their studies. The center has many specialized laboratories designed according to safety standards and is equipped with advanced instruments for analysis testing and inspection including
Analysis of components in raw material samples using XRD and XRF instruments
Surface morphology imaging and elemental composition analysis using scanning electron microscopy SEM
Determination of heavy metal content in samples using atomic absorption spectroscopy AAS
Determination of micronutrients food additives antibiotics mycotoxins and more using high performance liquid chromatography HPLC DAD FLD RID LC MS
Determination of pesticide residues such as organochlorine organophosphorus pyrethroids and qualitative analysis of essential oil components based on NSIT spectral library using GC MS/MS
Analysis of quality indicators in food chemical environmental and materials technology samples
Other services include ultrasonic cleaning spray drying freeze drying vacuum drying and color measurement of solid samples supporting research and pilot production
All laboratories ensure safety systems ventilation and treatment of chemicals and exhaust gases according to international standards allowing students to practice in a professional environment
