The enrollment rate ranged from approximately 79.47 percent to over 102.97 percent, enabling the University to meet and exceed its 2025 admissions targets despite an increasingly challenging admissions environment. In addition, the scale and geographic reach of the student body continued to expand, with HUIT students now residing in 33 out of 34 provinces and municipalities nationwide, demonstrating the growing influence of the HUIT brand.

Multi-Channel Communications and Strong Digital Transformation

Admissions communications in 2025 were carried out in a comprehensive, coordinated, and flexible manner, effectively combining in-person and online counseling. The University led admissions counseling activities at more than 100 high schools and also participated in and co-organized major advisory programs with reputable organizations such as Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien, Nguoi Lao Dong, and Education Magazine, as well as programs broadcast on VTV and regional television stations.

At the same time, HUIT continued to promote information technology application and digital transformation in admissions through its online admissions registration system and 24/7 automated counseling chatbot. These initiatives helped improve counseling efficiency while increasing interaction and enhancing the experience of applicants and parents.

The University also carried out a wide range of engagement activities with high schools and the community, including awarding scholarships at high schools, coordinating and mentoring student startup idea competitions, organizing friendly sports tournaments, welcoming high school students to HUIT for campus tours and experiential visits, and working with the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Promoting Education to organize the 2025 Traditional Festival and award scholarships for talented students.

To recognize the positive contributions of students to admissions and communications during the 2024–2025 academic year, the University also commended students with outstanding achievements, thereby spreading a spirit of responsibility, initiative, and HUIT pride throughout the student community.
