In the main reporting session, Dr. Bui Hong Dang, Editor-in-Chief of the HUIT Journal of Science, presented an overview of the Journal’s activities over the past five years. During the 2020–2025 period, the Journal was officially renamed and granted a new operating license for both its print and electronic versions. In particular, its academic quality improved significantly through the consolidation of the Editorial Board with many leading professors in related fields. Entering the 2026–2030 period, the core objective has been identified as inclusion in Scopus. To realize this goal, the Journal has set specific targets such as increasing English-language publications to over 50%, attracting 30–50% of articles from international authors, and shortening the publication process to two to three months for outstanding papers.
