Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) has officially announced its enrollment regulations for full-time undergraduate and international joint programs in 2026. This year, the University continues to implement 05 flexible admission pathways to optimize acceptance opportunities for candidates nationwide.
05 Flexible Admission Methods and Crucial Timeline Notes
To secure candidates' rights and provide the most favorable conditions, the HUIT Admission Council announces 5 independent admission pathways:
Admission Method 1 (PT1): Evaluation based on the 2026 High School Graduation Examination results.
Admission Method 2 (PT2): Evaluation based on High School Academic Records (Transcripts of Grades 10, 11, and 12).
Admission Method 3 (PT3): Evaluation based on the 2026 Scholastic Aptitude Test organized by Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.
Admission Method 4 (PT4): Direct admission according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET).
Admission Method 5 (PT5): Evaluation combining the 2026 Specialized Competency Assessment test results from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education with High School Academic Records.
Important Note: Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade does not conduct early admission. The official announcement of admission results will strictly follow the general timeline provided by the Ministry of Education and Training.The online screening registration period will take place from May 20, 2026, to the end of June 20, 2026, at the website: tuyensinh.huit.edu.vn. All registering candidates must submit their preferences on the Admission Portal of MOET or via the National Public Service Portal using the institutional code DCT.

Expanded Foreign Language Certificate Conversion Policy
To encourage language proficiency, HUIT continues to apply international language certificate conversions (IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, VSTEP, JLPT, HSK...) into equivalent admission scores for the English subject.This scheme applies directly to Method 1 and Method 2. Candidates must register their certificates online via chungchi.huit.edu.vn from now until the end of June 20, 2026. Please note that this converted score is exclusively utilized for calculating the subject combination total score and cannot be used to meet the quality assurance entrance threshold.
Massive Scholarship Packages and Freshman Companionship Policies

Exclusive Privileges for Direct Admission (PT4): Admitted candidates via direct admission will receive a 100% tuition waiver for the first semester, alongside a monthly living allowance of 3,000,000 VND.
