In 2026, the Institute of International Studies at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) announces the enrollment for the 2+2 international joint bachelor’s program in Chinese language. Students will study the first 2 years at HUIT and the final 2 years at Beijing Language and Culture University, China.

I. Training format, duration, and location

  • Training format: Full-time
  • Duration: 4 years
  • Training locations:
  • Years 1 and 2: Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (140 Le Trong Tan Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)
  • Years 3 and 4: Beijing Language and Culture University (Beijing or Hainan campus, China)

II. Admission target

  • Candidates who have graduated from high school

III. Admission requirements

  • Graduated from high school
  • Interest in Chinese language and culture
  • Meet the admission requirements set by the Ministry of Education and Training

IV. Tuition fees

  • Years 1–2 at HUIT: 2,200 USD/year/student
  • Years 3–4 at Beijing Language and Culture University:
    • Beijing campus: 25,800 CNY/year
    • Hainan campus: 22,000 CNY/year
  • Dormitory fee at Beijing Language and Culture University:
    • Beijing campus: 90 CNY/day
    • Hainan campus: 20 CNY/day

V. Scholarships

  • Early registration before 30/04/2026: 70% tuition scholarship for semester 1 of academic year 2026–2027
  • HSK-based scholarships:
    • HSK 4: 5 million VND voucher
    • HSK 5: 10 million VND voucher
    • HSK 6: 15 million VND voucher
    • HSK 7–9: full tuition waiver for semester 1 of the major year
  • Beijing Language and Culture University scholarship quota (20:1): for every 20 eligible students, 1 outstanding student will be awarded the Beijing municipal government scholarship (final selection jointly decided by BLCU and HUIT)
